ACTS II "For those ages 45 and up - both single and married are welcome "

"And they continued stedfastly in the apostles' teaching and fellowship, in the breaking of bread and the prayers. And fear came upon every soul: and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. And all that believed were together, and had all things common;" (Act 2:42-44)

The name Acts 2 is derived from its two part purpose. First, Acts 2 refers to those of us (age 45 & up) who are entering or are in the middle of the “second act” of life.

Secondly and most importantly it correlates to the 2nd Chapter of the New Testament book of Acts. Among many other theological topics, the 2nd chapter of Acts shows us the importance of being unified, together as one in Him.

Many of us are facing the same challenges in life. We are here to help one another face those challenges head on, together, by building strong Godly friendships that build up and encourage all those involved.

Regular fellowship and sharing of our testimonies of what God has done and is doing in our lives allows us to continually fulfill His call upon our lives.

The Bible tells us to have regular fellowship (the coming together to build relationships) with one another, and Acts 2 provides plenty of opportunity for that!

Our activities are scheduled on a monthly basis. Some of our events and activities include potluck dinners, picnics, ice cream socials, brunches as well as various special outings such as Canal Cruises & Fall Foliage Train rides, to name a few. These and many more await those who come and join us for great times of fun & fellowship.
