The
name Acts 2 is derived from its two part purpose. First,
Acts 2 refers to those of us (age 45 & up) who are
entering or are in the middle of the “second act”
of life.
Secondly and most importantly it correlates to the 2nd
Chapter of the New Testament book of Acts. Among many
other theological topics, the 2nd chapter of Acts shows
us the importance of being unified, together as one
in Him.
Many
of us are facing the same challenges in life. We are
here to help one another face those challenges head
on, together, by building strong Godly friendships that
build up and encourage all those involved.
Regular
fellowship and sharing of our testimonies of what God
has done and is doing in our lives allows us to continually
fulfill His call upon our lives.
